Als gevolg daarvan zijn we op zoek naar getalenteerde PCR-operators om de operatie te runnen vanuit onze Production Control Room!
De rol
Als PCR Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken in onze state-of-the-art Production Control Room (PCR). Tegelijkertijd biedt je ondersteuning aan de regie en zorg je ervoor dat onze klant hun sport content volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen kan uitzenden op verschillende kanalen, zowel op TV als online. Je takenpakket bevat een breed scala aan taken, maar beperkt zich zeker niet tot:
- Beheren van een vloeiende stroom van inkomende en uitgaande livestreams
- Coördineren van commentatoren en het uitvoeren van uitgebreide tests en opstellingen
- Waarborgen en beoordelen van hoogwaardige kwaliteit van live audiocommentaar
- Bedienen van graphics en het integreren van videofragmenten voor live- en opgenomen uitzendingen
- Reguleren en mixen van commentaarvolumes die voldoen aan strenge uitzendnormen
- Bieden van ondersteuning aan de regie tijdens live-events
- Uitvoeren van grondige beoordelingen van uitzendingen om video- en audiostoringen op te sporen
- Inspelen op last-minute productieveranderingen, zelfs buiten reguliere uren.
Ben jij degene die we zoeken?
We zijn op zoek naar professionals met werkervaring in live broadcasting, bij voorkeur op het gebied van sportproductie en met kennis van de complexiteit van de uitzendketen. Het hebben van ervaring met audiomixing is een grote pre.
Als je een teamplayer bent die goed kan communiceren, multitasken en in staat bent om scherpe beslissingen te nemen in een stressvolle, deadline-gedreven omgeving dan zien we je sollicitatie graag tegemoet!

The role
As a PCR Operator, your central role will revolve around overseeing daily operations within our state-of-the-art production control room, while also offering valuable support to the production gallery. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring our esteemed client maintains the highest standards of excellence as they broadcast their sporting content across both linear and OTT channels. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
• Managing the seamless flow of incoming and outgoing live streams
• Coordinating commentators and conducting comprehensive tests and line-ups
• Ensuring impeccable quality of live audio commentary
• Skillfully operating graphics and seamlessly integrating video inserts for live and recorded broadcasts
• Maintaining commentary levels and mixes to meet the stringent standards of broadcasting
• Providing crucial assistance to the production gallery during live events
• Diligently assessing live audio commentary quality
• Conducting rigorous assessments of transmissions to detect video and audio a nomalies
• Masterfully adapting to last-minute production changes even outside regular hours
