Als gevolg daarvan zijn we op zoek naar getalenteerde Playout Operators!
De rol:
Als Playout Operator zorg je voor een soepele uitzending van geplande programma’s en live events die voor een groot Nederlands publiek zichtbaar zijn op zowel lineair- als OTT kanalen. Dankzij jou staat het beeld niet “op zwart” en wordt de content van onze klant volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen uitgezonden. Je takenpakket bestaat uit, maar beperkt zich zeker niet tot de volgende taken:
- Tijdens live uitzendingen heb je de volledige leiding over de productie, inclusief signaalroutering, communicatie, advertenties en graphics
- Zorgen voor hoogwaardige uitzendkwaliteit en naleving van uitzendschema’s
- Bedienen van broadcast automatiseringssystemen, routers, audio- en videomixconsoles en intercomsystemen
- Beheren van broadcast automatisering en server systemen en zorgen dat content en technische aspecten goed worden afgehandeld
- Bij technische storingen zorg je ervoor dat de uitzending snel weer hervat kan worden
- Documenteren en rapporteren van storingen voor latere analyse
- Controleren op het naleven van de reclamerichtlijnen en het waar nodig aanbrengen van correcties
- Controleren en bewerken van graphics
- Werken met contentmanagementsystemen

We zijn op zoek naar professionals met werkervaring in live broadcasting, bij voorkeur op het gebied van sportproductie en met kennis van de complexiteit van de uitzendketen. Als je een teamplayer bent met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel die goed kan communiceren, multitasken en in staat bent om scherpe beslissingen te nemen in een stressvolle, deadline-gedreven omgeving dan zien we je sollicitatie graag tegemoet!

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with a renowned Sports Broadcaster, where we’ll be responsible for all aspects of live sports production. As a result, we are on the hunt for talented Playout Operators to play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier broadcasting content.
The role
As a Playout Operator within our team, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring seamless and high-quality broadcasting experiences for audiences across the Netherlands. Your primary goal will be to ensure flawless transmission of broadcasting content. You’ll be hands-on with various broadcast systems and equipment, ensuring the smooth airing of scheduled programs and live events. Your tasks will include:
- Taking full charge of production during live sports broadcasts, including signal routing, communication, advertisements, and graphics
- Ensuring broadcast quality and adherence to schedules
- Managing live broadcasts from the DMC portfolio and providing initial support during emergencies
- Expertly operating broadcast automation systems, routers, audio and video mixing consoles, and intercom systems
- Independently managing broadcast automation and server systems, ensuring content and technical aspects are well-handled
- Remaining composed during technical failures to quickly restore broadcasting operations
- Documenting and reporting any malfunctions for subsequent analysis.
- Monitoring compliance with advertising guidelines and making necessary corrections.
- Reviewing and editing graphic inserts, adhering to editorial and technical standards.
- Proficiently working with content management systems.
